Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients in the F&B sector, including hotels, restaurants, catering services, and event organizers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term contracts and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate TBI Group’s F&B products and services, highlighting unique selling points and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a strong client portfolio.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, cold calling, and contract closure.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
