Responsibility
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the e-commerce ERP sector.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase BIGSELLER’s market share in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, focusing on SMEs and enterprise clients.
- Channel Development: Identify and establish partnerships with e-commerce platforms, distributors, and resellers to broaden our reach and adoption.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and delivering tailored ERP solutions.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and predict revenue growth.
- Product Advocacy: Demonstrate deep expertise in BIGSELLER’s ERP systems, conducting compelling presentations and demos to showcase value propositions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the e-commerce, SaaS, or ERP industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, ERP/CRM systems, and digital transformation challenges faced by businesses.
- Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a hunter mentality and consultative selling approach.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in recruiting, training, and motivating sales teams to achieve peak performance.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions and articulate their benefits to non-technical audiences.
- Regional Insight: Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, particularly Malaysia, and its e-commerce landscape.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
