Responsibility
- Conduct engaging in-store product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and unique selling points of electronic products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff, store managers, and customers to drive brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and persuasive information.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays and promotional materials in assigned retail locations.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in training sessions, product launches, and promotional events as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and retail partner regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in electronics or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Passion for technology and electronics, with a willingness to learn about new products quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers in high-traffic retail settings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on promotional schedules.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preference given to candidates already based in the target areas).
