Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales to identify and engage potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to close sales and meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Track and report daily sales activities, leads, and conversions using company tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for market expansion.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, canvassing, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with outdoor work, travel, and flexible hours to meet sales objectives.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or sales is a bonus.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) and a valid driver’s license are highly preferred.
