Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
