Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients in need of capital loan solutions across Bali’s key business hubs.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client financial needs and propose tailored loan packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, financial institutions, and industry partners.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic follow-ups.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the lending space.
- Prepare and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and financial analyses to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client onboarding.
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or B2B lending.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a high-volume pipeline.
- Familiarity with financial products, loan structures, and credit assessment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
