Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali and regional markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns tailored to local and international audiences.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or assistant managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Malaysia and Singapore for client meetings or market expansion initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market is a plus.
