Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry, including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in the construction materials sector.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our construction materials.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required by the role.
- Familiarity with construction materials, industry standards, and market dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
