Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry, including contractors, architects, and developers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share in the construction materials sector.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our construction materials.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or industrial sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required by the role.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, industry standards, and market dynamics is a plus.
