Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Costa Solana Resort.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships and bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
