Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the industrial and commercial sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the industrial, electronics, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market data and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally as required.
