Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase market penetration in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions that drive sales and brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Travel within the assigned territory to conduct site visits, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics in the hardware or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
