Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage client orders for promotional products from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for US-based clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to track production timelines, inventory levels, and shipping logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in the order fulfillment process.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, orders, and feedback using CRM or project management tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and promotional product innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or sales support, preferably in the promotional products or marketing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Experience working with US-based clients or in a cross-cultural environment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of promotional products, printing techniques, or supply chain logistics is advantageous.
