Responsibility

  • Engage with warm leads via phone, email, and video calls to convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent performance and strategic follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, addressing their needs and objections.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role (B2B or B2C).
