Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand market share in Bali’s competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide data-driven reports to management for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Anoz Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market data and customer feedback.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
