Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the personal care and cosmetics industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, or chemical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the cosmetics and personal care market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
