Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in assigned territories (Bali regions).
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in retail, manufacturing, and logistics sectors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase BH Packaging Supplies’ solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to align sales efforts with inventory and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in packaging, B2B, or industrial supplies.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
