Responsibility
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with potential clients to present company services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Participate in local and regional trade shows or networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation preferred.
