Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion efforts.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
