Responsibility

  • Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify potential clients for hard money lending and real estate financing opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client pain points and match them with our tailored financial solutions.
  • Set high-quality appointments for our sales team with pre-qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track lead progress and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, improve lead generation strategies, and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets (e.g., calls made, leads qualified, appointments set).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide informed and relevant insights to leads.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (e.g., SDR, BDR, inside sales, or real estate agent).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Strong phone presence and confidence in handling objections, asking qualifying questions, and driving conversations toward a clear next step.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of real estate, finance, or lending concepts (e.g., hard money loans, mortgage processes, or property investment).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
  • Availability to work during core business hours (e.g., 9 AM – 6 PM GMT+8) to align with team and client schedules.
