Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Modern Trade, and General Trade channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors to expand market reach.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with partners to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the beauty, fragrance, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in e-commerce and retail channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions as required.
