Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs) in assigned territories across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including managers, owners, and procurement teams, to secure product placements and promotions.
- Conduct regular visits to on-premise accounts to monitor product performance, address concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement in-store promotions, activations, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective account management and sales strategies.
- Provide market intelligence, including competitor activities, consumer trends, and feedback, to inform business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional standards across all accounts.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in on-premise sales, hospitality sales, or key account management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in competitive environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
