Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the electronic components sector.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote company products.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the electronics industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic components, particularly Printed Wiring Boards (PWBs).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
