Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Technology vertical across Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including tech startups, multinational corporations, and industry leaders.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the technology sector to position Expeditors as a preferred logistics partner.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent Expeditors at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in the Technology, IT, or Electronics industry, with a strong network of contacts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
