Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Forecast sales performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend product innovations to meet market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B or industrial sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the coatings, chemicals, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
