Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Forecast sales performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend product innovations to meet market demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B or industrial sales.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the coatings, chemicals, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
