Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, market trends, and growth strategies to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs.
- Participate in intensive training programs to master product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity and client feedback to refine service offerings and stay ahead of market demands.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (2025/2026 graduate) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Passion for sales, client service, and technology solutions.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
- No prior work experience required—training provided for the right attitude and aptitude.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Indonesia.
