Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key regional clients in the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain solutions and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
