Responsibility
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador for premium electronic products in assigned retail locations
- Provide expert product demonstrations and consultations to customers, translating technical features into tangible benefits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers
- Create engaging in-store displays and promotional materials to drive customer interest
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies
- Participate in regular training sessions to maintain product expertise and sales skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics sales, retail, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong tech knowledge considered)
- Demonstrated passion for consumer electronics and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages a plus)
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for electronic products
- Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments in premium locations
