Responsibility
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable abrasive tools and precision equipment.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and sales skills.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or engineering concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to commute to client sites as needed.
