In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand our market presence. Your mission? To exceed sales targets, identify new opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while contributing to our company’s rapid expansion in Bali’s competitive FMCG landscape.
This is a contract-based position offering a competitive salary (IDR 5.7M – 7M/month) plus performance incentives. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, supermarkets, and distributors in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Present, promote, and negotiate the sale of FMCG products to key decision-makers in retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales, retail, or distribution (preferably in Bali or similar markets).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
