Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
