Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s competitive market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, corporate clients, and high-value contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in the hospitality, events, or service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team.
