As our Cigar Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Wismilak in high-end retail outlets, luxury hotels, and premium lounges across Bali. Your role combines the art of premium sales with relationship building in some of the world's most sought-after tourist destinations. Responsibility

  • Conduct daily visits to assigned premium outlets (MT & GT channels) across Bali's luxury destinations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Wismilak's premium cigar products
  • Deliver exceptional product knowledge and brand storytelling to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and staff
  • Execute in-store promotions and sampling activities according to brand guidelines
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer feedback reports
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the premium tobacco sector
  • Participate in regional sales meetings and training sessions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in premium product sales (tobacco, alcohol, or luxury goods preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel across Bali's various locations
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management
  • Passion for premium products and customer service excellence
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle (compensation provided)
