Responsibility
- Manage and optimize product listings on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Blibli).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and campaigns to boost online sales.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment in collaboration with the logistics team.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence on emerging e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, algorithms, and best practices for online sales.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
