Join Binar Academy as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in driving our growth in Bali’s dynamic market. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads to fuel our sales pipeline. Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with a high-performing team to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and introduce them to Binar Academy’s innovative solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and revenue streams.
We’re looking for a proactive, articulate, and target-oriented individual with at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or related fields. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships, this role is for you.
Responsibility
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients to understand their business needs and tailor personalized outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation campaigns and messaging.
- Track and document all sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Binar Academy’s product offerings to deliver compelling value propositions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Represent Binar Academy at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Account Management, or Partnership roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection; able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Familiarity with the education technology (EdTech) sector or a passion for learning and development is a plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
