Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target markets.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to expand the sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach tactics for maximum impact.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups, addressing objections and providing compelling value propositions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product updates to tailor conversations effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3+ years) in sales development, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and quotas.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for global client interactions.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
