Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development, preferably in the security, surveillance, or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
