Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive market growth and profitability in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian markets (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam).
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities, including partnerships with distributors, resellers, and direct clients in the printing and packaging industries.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and relationship-building to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market demands, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage and mentor a sales team (if applicable), fostering a high-performance culture and driving collective success.
- Represent JointHire at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market dynamics to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, overseas market expansion, or business development, preferably in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to market analysis and sales planning.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations departments.
- Willingness to travel frequently (30-50%) across Southeast Asia to meet clients and explore new markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
