Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand your professional network.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
