Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to expand market reach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s education and nutrition sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the education, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
