Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive product visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and delivery coordination.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement events.
- Uphold Gardenia’s brand standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the FMCG or food industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
