Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the mining sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including mining companies and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate heavy equipment products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of mining operations and the heavy equipment market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally.
