Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus but not required for motivated candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
