Responsibility
- Proactively prospect and engage B2B clients in Visayas and Mindanao via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and propose customized solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to deliver compelling pitches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B inside sales, telesales, or account management.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the Philippine business landscape (Visayas/Mindanao markets is a plus).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
