Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and penetrate new markets in Bali.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
