Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Bali region, focusing on key markets such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, including automotive dealerships, fleet operators, and industrial partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent X1R Global at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, automotive sales, or industrial sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of the automotive additives, lubricants, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, fleet managers, and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
