Responsibility

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
  • Budget & Forecasting: Oversee sales budgets, financial planning, and performance forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
  • Client & Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, tenders, and client acquisitions.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline sales operations, CRM systems, and reporting mechanisms for efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies based on market trends and data insights.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and timely submission of sales reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a General Manager or Sales Director in a fast-paced industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales operations, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, manage, and develop teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and financial acumen to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Market Awareness: Familiarity with the Indonesian market, particularly Bali’s business ecosystem, is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is advantageous.
