Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of inquiries.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with client interactions and sales data.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, providing solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting with campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Prior experience in outsourcing or BPO industries is a plus.
