Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and acquire new SME merchants through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and merchant onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes and resolve merchant inquiries efficiently.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to meet and exceed monthly acquisition quotas.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in Bali’s SME landscape.
- Prepare and present reports on acquisition performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Represent Skyro at local business events, workshops, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech or digital payments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s SME ecosystem and local business culture is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet merchants and attend events.
