Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers and contractors on tile selections, finishing materials, and construction supplies.
- Manage in-store and phone inquiries, offering tailored solutions to meet client project requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and inventory availability to provide accurate recommendations.
- Process orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and property developers.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product displays and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or home improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, tiles, or finishing supplies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
