Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including retail partners, corporate clients, and individual consumers, to promote Tune Talk’s products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and business partners, to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Bali telecom market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
  • Participate in training programs, workshops, and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, FMCG, or retail industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market, including key business hubs, retail networks, and customer demographics, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali to meet customers, attend events, and conduct market visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
